9-1 The Percentage of our Population with Access to the Internet is an indicator of how prepared our citizens are to access the variety of knowledge and information that is available on the world wide web.

9-2 The Number of People who have not completed High School is an indicator of the number of residents without a grade 12 diploma.
Note, Statistics Canada collects this data for communities across the country and includes individuals in the 15-17 age range who would not be expected to have graduated. This manner of collection is consistent across all communities.

9-4 The Provincial Reading Standard is determined by annual testing in all publicly funded schools. The grade six reading level is an indicator of future success.
