Affordable housing - rented or owned - is a big factor in quality of life and is important in attracting workers to our community. Emergency shelter and long-term care beds also indicate how well we serve those most in need.

8-1 The Number of Social Housing Units is an indicator of the quantity of subsidized and/or affordable housing in our community.
